When does the event start?

Witches, Bats, and Paper Crafts starts on September 1st at 9am EST. The event will wrap up on September 12th.

I grabbed a free ticket. What should I do now?

Signing up for a ticket to the event means you will be notified when the new project is available as well as other information during the Witches, Bats, and Paper Crafts event.

You will need to be a TBH Crafters Club member in order to view the event page. We have Free, Basic, and Premium memberships to choose from. You can view the different membership tiers and sign up at thebeardedhousewife.com/become-a-member.

Will this be on YouTube?

Yes. The event will be hosted on my website, TheBeardedHousewife.com, however, the videos will be available to view on YouTube.

How do I access the event page?

The event page can be viewed at thebeardedhousewife.com/halloween-event.

Is the event free?

The event is free. However, each day, the project and digital cut file is only available for FREE for 24 hours. Should you need more than 24 hours, the VIP Access Pass is the way to go!

What cutting machine can I use for these projects?

The cut files featured during Witches, Bats, and Paper Crafts are designed to be used on a Cricut cutting machine. I will have designs that can be made using the Cricut Explore and Cricut Maker series as well as a few designs that can be made with a Cricut Joy and Cricut Joy Xtra.

That being said, I know many people have used my designs with other cutting machines. I only have knowledge of Cricut and Cricut Design Space so I would be unable to assist with any issues involving other software or cutting machines.

What file formats will the files be in?

Each digital cut file will come in DXF, PDF, and SVG format.

How do I get the cut files and project tutorials?

Each day, starting September 1st around 9am EST, you will receive an email with links to the day's project and download. The download will ONLY be available for 24 hours so make sure to click the links in the email or on the event page to get the file for free before they head to my shop!

Will the digital cut files be in your File Library?

No. The download links to the cut files will be found on the event page at thebeardedhousewife.com/halloween-event.

What happens to the tutorials and videos after 24 hours?

The written tutorial will stay on my blog and the video on YouTube indefinitely. After 24 hours, the project cut file will only be available for purchase in my shop or included with the VIP All Access Pass.

What happens if I miss a day?

No worries! If you should miss a project while they are offered for free, the file will be available in my shop for purchase. You can also grab a VIP Access Pass to get all 12 files at a discounted price!

Why should I purchase the VIP Access Pass?

The VIP Access Pass gives you lifetime access to the entire event. Included in your purchase are the 12 digital cut files, written instructions, video tutorials, and commercial licensing.

What is a commercial license?

The commercial licensing included with the VIP Access Pass allows you to sell physical unlimited copies of any cut file from the event.

I'm a Basic or Premium TBH Crafters Club Member. Do I need to get the VIP Access Pass?

Basic Members can use their discount code to get 20% off VIP Access Passes. For Premium Members, VIP Access to the Witches, Bats, and Paper Crafts is included with your subscription.

Will there be giveaways?

YES! You can enter to win one of four prize packages like Amazon gift cards, VIP Access Passes, and Membership Access!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the digital products, no refunds will be given.
